Standard Delivery Time of an order is 1-7 business days.

You can generate a cancellation request calling on 8195888688 or emailing us on younme@thebeautysailor.com. In case if your order has dispatched/shipped but yet to be delivered, please do not accept delivery and contact Customer Care to inform them of the same. In case of prepaid orders Refunds will be processed as per our Return policies.

To return the order, the Customer has to notify The Beauty Sailor in writing within 3 days after receiving the goods through the contact information listed above or another designated method, after which the items must be returned to us within 7 days. The articles, which must include all accessories and free gifts, must be "as new," unused, and still in their original packing.

Typically the refunds are initiated within 3-4 days of Product Inspection. And the amount is reflected in your account in the span of 1-7 days. If the goods have been used in a way or to an extent that is beyond how a customer would similarly check the goods in a retail shop prior to purchase, The Beauty Sailor will consider that the Customer has not taken reasonable care and will be entitled to deduct an amount reflecting any such reduction in value due to your use. Following receipt of the returned goods from the customer, any reimbursement will be processed within 3–4 days.

Once the product is ordered, a link is generated for order tracking and sent to the Whatsapp, SMS, and email addresses provided by you.

Redeeming your points is very simple. Minimum Reward points must 9000 and maximum up to no limit. With 100 points you Save 2 rupees on the order you make.

Cash on delivery, PayTm, Google Pay, Amazon wallet, Visa Card, Rupay Card, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro or any other Debit/Credit Card, are the available payment methods for making a purchase.

We are sorry to inform you that your reward cannot be refunded once you use them to purchase the order but do not receive it successfully or cancel it.
